Notice of Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 7, 2026, at approximately 6:15 p.m., the Sandy City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting regarding an update to the Parking and Access Management Plan for America First Field as submitted by Justin Nelson, representing Real Salt Lake, on the property located at 9256 South State. The request is to have this parking management plan reviewed annually as required by the conditions of approval for the stadium to update the City on stadium's plans to address parking and access to the stadium. All application materials and a full staff report for this item can be found at https://sandyutah.legistar.com when the agenda is published (typically the Friday preceding the meeting date). This meeting will be conducted both in-person in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 10000 S. Centennial Pkwy., and via Zoom Webinar (see details below). Interested parties may attend and participate in the meeting either in-person or by accessing the meeting using the Zoom webinar link below. Attendees wishing to comment who are participating virtually must have a microphone connected to their device (smartphone, laptop, desktop, etc.), otherwise you'll only be able to view the proceedings. A listen-only option is also available by telephone using the phone numbers provided below. This notice is being sent to known property owners within 500 feet of this proposal.
