EPHRAIM CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA Council Room - Ephraim City Hall 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah Wednesday, April 29, 2026 7:00 PM CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL I. PROCEDURES - PROCEDURES EXPLAINED II. APPLICANT SELF-INTRODUCTION - EACH APPLICANT WILL HAVE ONE MINUTE TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES III. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD - TIMED RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS FROM THE CITY COUNCIL IV. CLOSING STATEMENT - EACH APPLICANT WILL HAVE TWO MINUTES FOR FINAL COMMENTS V. DELIBERATION AND VOTING - THE CITY COUNCIL WILL DELIBERATE AND VOTE BY SECRET BALLOT VI. APPOINTMENT AND SWEARING-IN - THE APPLICANT RECEIVING THE MOST VOTES WILL BE APPOINTED AND SWORN IN AS THE NEW CITY COUNCIL MEMBER ADJOURNMENT In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
