NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Consider approving Michelle Christensen and Emery Polelonema to the Planning Commission. 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on March 24 and April 14, 2024. 7. CONFLICT OF INTEREST 8. BUSINESS a. Consider approving the cost to upsize the water line on Cove View Road from 8 inch to 12 inch. The cost difference is $22,212.73 to upsize the pipe. b. Consider approving an agreement with HomeServe to allow the use of the City's brand and logo to promote a service line insurance program to the residents of the City. c. Public hearing to receive comments on SITLA's proposal to adopt an overlay zone for the 20+ acres they own in the southeast area of the City. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10. ADJOURNMENT
