BEAVER CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 30 W. 300 N., BEAVER, UT 84713 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Beaver, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

3. Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes April 14, 2026
4. Approval of bills for April 14 to April 27, 2026
5. Notice is hereby given that Beaver City intends to apply for funding assistance from the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for the Beaver City Civic Center and Main Street Plaza Project. An estimated $10,000,000 is required to complete the project; the intent is to secure a low-interest loan and grant funding from CIB to support the total cost.

14. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems.
15. ACTION: Any action to be taken because of or arising from discussions had in the closed session.
