AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that by an Official Motion of the Box Elder County Board of County Commissioners a Special Commission Meeting will commence at 4:00 P.M. on Monday May 4, 2026 at the BEC Fairgounds Fine Arts Bldg 320 N 1000 W, Tremonton Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may partcipate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Project Area Discussion-Commissioners B. Approving Resolution #26-12 Which Provides Approval for Interlocal Agreement #26-15 Between Box Elder County and MIDA-Commissioners C. Resolution #26-11 Box Elder County Commission Consenting to the Inclusion of Private Land Located in the Unicorporated Box Elder County in the MIDA Stratos Project Area-Commissioners 3.
