Description/Agenda: A. CALL TO ORDER B. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: January 12, 2025 Trail Committee Meeting C. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PREPARATION FOR MAY TRAILS VOLUNTEE DAY. Trace Whitelaw, Committee Chair. The committee will discuss, plan and make assignments to carry out a Trails Volunteer Day in May 2026. 2. PLAN COMMITTEE TRAIL EXCURISON. Mike Saemisch, Ex-Officio Committee Member. The committee will set a day and make plans for an excursion to the historic pioneer trail. 3. ACTION STEPS FOR FY 2027. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Draft FY2027 Strategic Plan action steps for trails will be presented to the committee for suggestions / alterations. 4. FUTURE AGENDAS. Trace Whitelaw, Committee Chair. The Committee will discuss items for inclusion on future agendas. D. ADJOURNMENT
