NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a reuse water line easement located on Lot 1, Milepost 2 East Parcel, as described in the Development Easement No. 1362, State of Utah, according to the official document thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder as Doc. No. 20080025782. B. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate of a portion of a municipal utility easement, located along the north lot line of Lot 121, White Hills Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder as Doc. No. 20240012495.
