Public Hearing (6:15PM or soon thereafter) - Richmond City Creek Rezone - A request to rezone a total of 7.58 acres, located at 9000 N. Highway 91., Richmond, from the Agricultural (A10) zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. Discussion: Geotechnical report requirements for accessory structures. Discussion: Adding the surface-fault-rupture special study zone as a geologic hazard that requires a geotechnical report.
