The Board of Trustees (the 'Board') of the Red Rocks Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in a public session to hold its Board Meeting on April 28, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The Board's initial meeting will be conducted in person, with the anchor location at the Canyonlands FBO located at 94 West Aviation Way, Moab, Utah 84532. Individuals may participate electronically by invitation, but no board member not present in person may vote on any matter. The public is welcome to attend the Board Meeting. The agenda includes the following items:

1. Welcome and Call to Order
2. Confirmation of Trustees
3. Oath of Office for Trustees
4. Election and Appointment of Officer Positions
5. Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Training
6. Adoption of Electronic Meeting Policy
7. Potential closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and/or other matters as permitted under Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed).
