NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Please note, this meeting will be held at City of Holladay's temporary location, 3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek Utah. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, May 7th 2026 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearings are to vacate two separate areas of public streets in Holladay and dedicate the areas to the abutting, private properties. The first application, at 2755 East Hillsden Drive, intends to modify the width of the right of way from sixty-six feet to fifty feet to align with current street improvements. The second application, at 1720 East at Bunkerhill Road, intends to vacate a portion of unused public street and associated improvements at the end of this dead-end residential street The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
