1. Zone Map Amendment - Rezone from R-2-10 and R-1-10 to R-M - 6037, 6049, and 6051 S Highland Dr. and 1995 E. 6060 S.
Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal by the property owners of four parcels to amend to the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Residential Two-Family zone (R-2-10) (Highland Dr. parcels), and Residential Single-Family (R-1-10) zone (6060 S. parcel) to the Residential Multi-family (R-M) zone for approximately 1.24 acres of property Item reviewed as a legislative action, according to procedures set forth in Holladay Ordinance ยง13.07.
