- AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that by an Official Order of the Box Elder County Board of County Commissioners a Special Commission Meeting will commence at 10:00 A.M. on Monday April 27, 2026 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may partcipate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Inter local Agreement #26-15 Between Box Elder County and the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) Relating to the Stratos Project Area. B. Resolution #26-10 - Box Elder County Commission Consenting to the Military Installation Development Authority's Stratos Project Area. 3. CLOSED SESSION 4. ADJOURNMENT Prepared and posted this 24th day of April, 2026. Mailed to the Box Elder News Journal and the Leader on the 24th of April, 2026.
