NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its May 6, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider approving a Residential Development Overlay (RDO) for the Cross Hollow RDO, located in the vicinity of Cody Drive and Cross Hollow Road. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its May 6, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider an ordinance amending a development agreement for a property located at approximately 1157 South Main Street (Smith's Marketplace). The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
