- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Crystal Bowl Awards- Brooke Stewart- Employee Jon Graff- Veteran Pat Poce- Community Member Daily Rise Coffee Business 2. 4th Grade Coloring Contest Winner Announcement- 3. County Clash Video- 4. Commissioner Highlights- G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $389,160.78. 2. Request for approval of warrants #107786-107865, #496185-496287 and #524 in the amount of $2,015,703.61. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on April 21, 2026. 5. Request for approval of a County Fire Warden Agreement by and among Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands, Weber County and Weber Fire District. 6. Request for approval of a Local Transportation Funding Agreement by and between Weber County and Ogden City to establish terms for the 2nd Street Project, Phase2. 7. Request for approval of a Local Transportation Funding Agreement by and between Weber County and Farr West City to establish terms for the 2575 W. Sidewalk & Bike Lane Project. 8. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and Lync Construction regarding the 3600 North Road project. H. Action- 1.
