NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Glenwood Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold it's regular Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting on Thursday March 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood Utah. A Public Hearing for the Harewood Estate sub-division at 110 North Main, Glenwood, Utah will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. 1. PUBLIC HEARING a. Public Comments 2. ADJOURNMENT AGENDA 1. WELCOME 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. BUSINESS a. Harewood Estate Sub-division at 110 North Main, Glenwood, Utah. 4. ADJOURNMENT I certify that copies of the Notice and Agenda were mailed to members of the Glenwood Town Planning & Zoning committee on the 27th day of February, 2026. A copy of this Notice was mailed to property owners within three (3) hundred feet of the proposed sub-diviion on 110 North Main, Glenwood, Utah. Posted in three public places and to the Utah Public Notice Website February 27, 2026. Sharlet R.
