Center to receive comments on a proposed Development Agreement for the Cove Mountain Village Project. The proposed Development Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the development of the Cove Mountain Village Project, including land use, infrastructure improvements, and other development requirements. The Planning Commission seeks public input regarding the proposed agreement.
