NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting on March 25, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 0325-26 - An Ordinance modifying Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-21 pertaining permitted uses in the Downtown Commercial zone; 2. Ordinance No. 0325-26 -1 - An Ordinance modifying Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-21 pertaining permitted uses in the Downtown Commercial zone; 3. Ordinance No. 0325-26 -2 - An Ordinance modifying Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-21 pertaining permitted uses in the Downtown Commercial zone; and 4. Ordinance No. 0325-26 -3 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 35-10 prohibiting overnight parking on 900 North. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
