- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding Ordinance 834-P, an ordinance amending Ordinance 834, the County-wide fee schedule for Summit County. The amendments relate to proposed changes in fees associated with the Summing County Recorder and Surveyor and fees associated with the filing of certain discretionary tax abatements with the Summit County Treasurer.
