AGENDA NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that by an Official Order of the Box Elder County Board of County Commissioners a Special Commission Meeting will commence at 5:00 P.M. on Friday April 24, 2026 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may partcipate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Interlocal Agreement #26-15 Between Box Elder County and MIDA (Military Installation Development Authority for Draft Stratos Project Area Plan)-Commissioners B.
