Description/Agenda
Pursuant to Utah law, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will convene for a regularly scheduled Study Session on April 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Wasatch Education Center Board Chambers, 101 E 200 N, Heber City, Utah. The regular Board of Education meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.
In accordance with Utah Admin. Code R277-407-6, the Wasatch County School District Board of Education will hold public comment for consideration of the 2026-2027 fee schedules affecting Wasatch County Schools during the regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting. Public participation in the development of the fee schedules is encouraged. The comment sessions will be held on April 28, 2026 and May 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Wasatch County School District Office, 101 E 200 N, Heber City, Utah.
This meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live at Wasatch-YouTube.com. Public comment will be accepted in-person, by email, or through online participation via Zoom.

An Executive Session may be convened following the board meeting, as permitted under Utah Code § 52-4-205, to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property; collective bargaining; and pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
