- Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday May 19, 2026, at 6:00 pm. Zone Change (Public Hearing): - Station 51 and Argyle Substation Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-O Residential Office and R-1-6 to P-F Public Facilities at 137 West Center Street. - Arrowhead Commercial Zone Change: This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-1-12 to C-2 General Commercial at approximately 450 West 1675 South. Construction Standards (Public Hearing): - Construction Standards Revision (26.01): This proposal involves various updates being made to the City's Construction Standards. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork. Written questions and comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission and City Council.
