Chance Boekweg will be discussing the public health initiative focused on suicide prevention through community education, the distribution of free gun locks, and the promotion of safe

Review of identified performance gaps and the corrective actions required to resolve compliance deficiencies.
B. Wendover Mobile Crisis / MCOT Progress, Peter Clegg
Discussion regarding updates to Mobile Crisis services for Wendover and progress with MCOT.
C. EHR / Billing Software RFP, Anthony Gibson
Transitioning to a comprehensive Electronic Health Record and billing system to improve data integration and revenue cycle management. Review of the procurement phases, from vendor demonstrations to final selection and implementation milestones.
D. SFY27 SSBG Application Cycle Update, Denise Groves
Review of the current calendar for the Social Services Block Grant, including application closing dates and the schedule for scoring and evaluations.

Review of the Area Plan drafting process, including specific sections requiring council input, potential SMR funding opportunities, and anticipated changes to current funding allocations.

Mark Schull will address hospitalization data and inpatient utilization management and discuss high - frequency utilization of specific facilities and factors influencing hospital selection.
C. Year End Non-Medicaid Funding, Peter Clegg
Discussion of current funding changes and the initiation of year- end transfers to ensure full utilization of non-Medicaid budget allocations.
