Item #4. Discussion/develop/approve/deny ordinance for individual motel units, cabins, and recreational vehicle courts.
Nancy Livingston explained that she is still working on typing up ordinance. Put state definition into the definition. She wanted to know which of the other town's ordinances were used besides Orangeville. Density of sites per acre from Ferron's ordinance. Change from travel trailer to recreational vehicle on our ordinance. Move or reference 2-9.4 Fees and Financial capability, which is right before group homes. Will have a section for definitions and regular ordinance. Need to be consistent with other ordinances, so we need to use or reference parts of new subdivision ordinance.
