PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District No. 2 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Board on the 24th day of April, 2026, commencing at 1:30 p.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
II. LEGAL MATTERS
A. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DESERET PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 (THE 'ISSUER'), AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE ISSUER'S SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BONDS, SERIES 2026 (DESERET ASSESSMENT AREA NO. 1); AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS (ENCLOSURE).
