Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of May, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84401, 1st Floor Commission Chambers, the Weber County Clerk/Auditor, Ricky Hatch, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder pursuant to the provisions of Section 59-2-1351.1 Utah State Tax Code, the following described real property located in Weber County and now delinquent and subject to tax sale. The County legislative body, after acceptance of a bid, may enforce the terms of the bid by obtaining a legal judgement against the purchaser in the amount of the bid, plus interest and attorney's fees, Section 59-2-1351.1. Keep in mind that the sale is a 'buyer beware' sale. If you purchase the property, you will later be provided with a recorded Tax Deed, which is similar to a Quit Claim Deed. It is your obligation to have researched each property you are interested in.
