NOTICE OF TIME DATE PLACE AND AGENDA MINERSVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION The Minersville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing followed by a regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Monday April 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. Public Hearing: 1. Open the public hearing stating time and date 2. Explain this hearing is to consider a zone change from Open Space to Single Family Residential for Blake Harrison Parcel #04-0012-0010 located at 343 S 100 W Minersville Utah 3. Consider a zone change from Single Family Residential to Agriculture for Taylor Pearson Parcel #004-0010-0012 located at 315 W 400 S Minersville Utah 4. Take public comments 5. Close public hearing Regular Meeting: 1. Call to order and approval of the minutes from the previous meeting 2. Blake Harrison property zoning recommendation. 3. Taylor Pearson property zoning recommendation. 4. John Martinez: Discuss property options 5. Commercial zoning ordinance clean up 6. Other business Notice: The Planning and Zoning Board may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
