- MIDVALE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that during a City Council meeting on April 21, 2026, the Midvale City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-O-11 An Ordinance Amending the Franchise Agreement Requirements of Sections 5.52.050 and 5.54.050 of the Midvale Municipal Code.
