Board Members review annual training-hand in training certificate for 2026 to clerk. 7. Next meeting: July 8, 2026 at 6:30 at Steve's home. 8. Provo River Water shareholders meeting is April 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (Board Member to attend) Vote for proxy and inform Provo by letter. 9. Provo River Water Users Preliminary Budget Meeting, October 29, 2026, 10:30 a.m. (Board Member to attend) Vote for proxy and inform Provo by letter. 10. Other Items 11. Public Comments a. Highland Conservation Board Meeting Minutes April 8, 2026, 6:30 p.m. Highland Conservation District Board of Trustees board meeting held at Steve Cameron's home at 11090 North 5100 West, Highland, Utah. Welcome by Steve. Called meeting to order. Michelle read January 7, 2026 minutes. Lauren motioned to accept them. Brad seconded. Passed by aye. Lynn reviewed the 2026 Q1 Expenses. Lynn discussed each item reviewing the checks issued. Last check was issued to Joy. We had to do one more to Provo River because they said we owed a bit more. Lauren asked about the different dates for Verizon. It isn't a set date so it won't be the same each month. Lauren motioned to approve the expenditures. Brad seconded the motion. Pass by 'aye.' Lynn reviewed the Financial Report. He reviewed all expenses. Lauren motioned to approve it with the date change. Brad seconded. Approved by 'Aye.' Lynn went over the Fraud Risk Assessment. Lynn will send bank reconciliation stuff to Steve to double check for fraud. Auditor gave us a list of things needed. We'll get that to them soon after April 15. Lauren approved the assessment. Brad seconded it. Passed by aye. Steve and Brad have turned in their paperwork for being reelected this year. Everyone completed their annual training and sent in their certificate. Our next meeting will be July 8, 2026 at 6:30 at Steve Cameron's home. The Provo shareholder meeting will be April 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. We need to figure out the amount we need to donate for the grant so we can have a tentative plan for how to fulfill it. Steve will attend the meeting. Michelle will invite the city representatives to our next meeting so we can make a plan with them. The most water will be donated from them. Brad motioned to adjourn the meeting. Lauren seconded. Passed by 'aye.' Dismissed 7:08 p.m. Those in attendance: Steve Cameron, Brad Christensen, Lauren Ploeger, Lynn Ruff, Michelle Davis.
