Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse located at 1 South Main, Brigham City, in the Commission Chambers (Room 23) to receive input on the following proposal: ROAD VACATION of the public road and right-of-way located at approximately: 53400 W 27200 N in the Clear Creek area of Box Elder County Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of this proposal may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development Office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
