PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #09-2026, adopting the Springville Water Reclamation Facility Impact Fee Facility Plan and Impact Fee Analysis and enacting Water Reclamation Facility Impact Fees; at their regular meeting held on March 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
