MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Millard County Offices at 71 S 200 W, Delta, Utah, to receive public comment and consider a recommendation to the Millard County Board of County Commissioners regarding the following application:

Applicant: Rendon J. Hughes and Lorie Hughes
Request:
Consideration of a legislative Development Agreement (a land use decision of a legislative nature) to allow certain uses not otherwise permitted within the R1 (Single-Family Residential) Zone pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Millard County Code and Utah Code Title 17, Chapter 27a, including:
- An RV park consisting of up to twelve (12) spaces;
- Livestock exceeding residential zone limitations (up to nine (9) horses and ten (10) cattle); and
- A future single-family dwelling and accessory dwelling unit (ADU), which are permitted uses within the zone.

Property located at 1240 North 350 East, Delta, Utah, more particularly described as:
BEG N 0°53'39' E 330 FT ALG 1/4 SEC LN FR NW COR SW1/4 NE1/4 SEC 6, T17S, R6W, SLM, N 89°36'01' E ALG S BDRY DELTA CITY PROP 645.50 FT, S 0°53'39' W 321.64 FT, S 86°45'24' W 646.95 FT TO SD 1/4 SEC LN, N 0°53'39' E 353.18 FT TO BEG., APN # DO-3855-2-1, Approx. 5.00 acres.
The Planning Commission will receive public comment and forward a recommendation to the Millard County Board of County Commissioners, which will consider the Development Agreement in a future public hearing.
