MILLARD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Millard County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Millard County Offices at 71 S 200 W Delta, Utah, to receive public comment and consider a recommendation to the Millard County Board of County Commissioners regarding the following application: Application No.: Z-2026-026 Applicant: Joule Capital Partners Request: Consideration of a legislative Development Agreement (a land use decision of a legislative nature) to allow the construction, operation, and maintenance of a 24-inch natural gas transmission pipeline and associated appurtenances, which is not otherwise permitted in the underlying zoning district, pursuant to Chapter 22 of the Millard County Code and Utah Code Title 17, Chapter 27a. Location: The proposed project extends generally from the Holden area to the McCornick area, primarily across private lands within Millard County, Utah, and includes the following areas: Beginning Point: Section 31, Township 19 South, Range 4 West, SLBM Whiskey Creek Route: Sections 25, 26, 23, 22, 15, and 16, Township 19 South, Range 5 West, SLBM McCornick Road Route: Sections 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35, Township 18 South, Range 5 West, SLBM End Point: Township 18 South, Range 5 West, SLBM More detailed legal descriptions are available for review at the Millard County Planning Department. The Planning Commission will receive public comment and forward a recommendation to the Millard County Board of County Commissioners, which will consider the Development Agreement in a future public hearing.
