The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District will be held at the District Office, 1800 West 4700 South, on April 23, 2026 at 2:00 pm.

3. Approval of Common Consent Items: Minutes for Board meeting held on March 30, 2026, calendar and upcoming events, trustees expense report, accounts payable report, electronic fund transfers report
4. Administrative Matters
a. Dora Dominguez - Recognition for 10 years of service
b. Update on the District's conservation efforts and results
c. Update on District Goals for 2026
d. Consider approval of Resolution 26-04 - Drought Response Level for 2026
e. Discussion on the effect of vacancy on District sewer billing
5. Engineering and Development Matters
a. Consider awarding the 2026 Subdivision Waterline Replacement Project and authorizing the General Manager to enter the District into contract for the project.
b. Consider closing out the 2025 Hydrant Project #3
c. Consider vacating a waterline easement - State Lab
6. Risk & Asset Management Matters
a. Consider as Surplus Property - 10 trucks
7. Discussion and Reports
a. General Manager - DC Fly-in, CVWRF on Fox 13
