SANDY CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Sandy, Utah, has adopted the following ordinances described below, on March 31, 2026: Ordinance 26-06: An ordinance amending the Sandy City Municipal Code establishing the Consolidated Staffing Schedule as the Annual Cap of Full Time Employees NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Sandy, Utah, has adopted the following ordinances described below, on April 14, 2026: Ordinance 26-36: Altavilla 3 Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately 1 acre, for a home located at 10184 S. Altavilla Dr., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-37: Altavilla 4 Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately 2.01 acres, for homes located at 10274 S. Altavilla Dr. and 10302 S. Altavilla Dr., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-38: Smith Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately .50 acres, for a home located at 9519 S. Hidden Pine, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-39: G. Miller Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately 1.96 acres, for a home located at 10324 S. Dimple Dell Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation.
