- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on April 21, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. (All Board Members and staff will be participating in VIA Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to czenger@pmwsid.org The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Mike Moyal-Receiving water for his property C. Public Comments D. Treasurer's Report E. Consent Items - Request for approval of the meeting minute held on: - January 13, 2026 - January 20, 2026 - March 3, 2026 - March 24, 2024 - Financial Report - Request for approval of the warrants in the amount of $83,591.54 - Request for approval of Resolution 2026-? For 16 ERU 's allocation of Arc Lodge for irrigation. Business Items - Discussion of lot 43 PM West allocation of ERU's F. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. G. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting. H.
