Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Youth Council will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible.
1. 5:00 pm - Youth Council Leadership Meeting - 30 min
2. 5:30 pm - Welcome and Introductions-
3. 5:32 pm - Approval of previous meeting minutes
4. 5:34 pm - Icebreaker
5. 5:44 pm -Introduction of new advisor: Kim Gonzales
6. 5:52pm -Leadership Applications - Deadline April 24th
o We only have 2 applications (if you are interested, apply!)
o Selections may be made if your interest is not expressed
7. 5:00pm -Hoodie/T-Shirt order deadline also April 24th
o Easter Egg Hunt
i. What was good? Pros?
ii. What was bad? Cons?
8. 6:12 pm - Upcoming Events that need input for preparation
