NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, will hold a Work Session meeting in person at the Commission Office, Conference Room #365, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ste. 360, Ogden, UT from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026 THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING, NOT A PUBLIC HEARING. NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE TAKEN The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Discussion and/or action for approval of minutes for the Commission Work Session held on April 13, 2026 2. Opioid Presentations: SOAR- School of Addiction Recovery, Inc., YCC Family Crisis Center, Weber/Davis Misdemeanor Substance Abuse Court, and Weber County Sheriff's Office 3. Discussion on a request to rezone a 14-acre vacant parcel of land from Agricultural A-1 to the R1-15 zone (3300 West 2550 South) 4. Discussion regarding Ogden Valley City Incorporation Date 5. Discussion regarding Quarterly Budget Changes for the 2026 Budget 6. Break until 2:15 p.m. 7. Discussion regarding Fee Changes for Sheriff's Office 8. Discussion regarding proposed changes to the county's Land Use Code to remove or change unneeded provisions related to the now-incorporated Ogden Valley and other clerical or policy updates that better tailor the code to the unincorporated Weber County area 9. Closed Session to discuss the character and competence of an individual 10.
