NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to consider a Planned Development Amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Zone Plan, Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of the design and site plan for a mixed-use commercial building of approximately 40,180 square feet that would include office, retail, and restaurant space. The property is generally located east of Pioneer Road and north of Sun River Parkway, in St. George, Utah. The applicant is Premier Design and Engineering Inc, represented by Eric Mcfadden. The proposed project will be known as Irvine Mixed Use Commercial. Case No. 2026-PDA-010.
