The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on April 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room, 115 West Main, and Mt. Pleasant, Utah. The agenda is as follows: Item Description Responsible Person 1. Welcome - Chairman 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairman 4. Public Hearing Zone change of the property currently zoned as sensitive lands to Residential Agricultural generally located near 925 South and 100 West, extending south to the Mt. Pleasant City limits, including properties west of 100 West in the southern portion of the City. Chairman 5. Decision on zone change Consideration and possible recommendation to the City Council on zone change of 925 South 100 West extending south to the City limits (from the public hearing) Chairman 6. Lot Split Lot Split in Industrial Park at 769 W Lindberg Lane David Barlow 7. Re Zone Discussions only Discussion only.
