COURTESY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Sandy City Annexations
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 7, 2026, at approximately 6:15 pm in a hybrid (in-person and virtually) meeting, in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207(4) Open and Public Meeting Act the Sandy City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding annexing a number of contiguous unincorporated properties in Salt Lake County, Utah, which are listed with this notice. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council concerning the annexation and zoning. This Planning Commission meeting will be conducted both in-person, in the Sandy City Council Chambers at City Hall (10000 S. Centennial Parkway), and via Zoom Webinar. Citizens wishing to comment virtually on the proposed annexations must access the meeting via the Zoom Webinar link, which will be included on the May 7th meeting agenda. The May 7th agenda will be published on May 1, 2026, and can be found at https://sandyutah.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
Attendees wishing to comment who are participating through the webinar link must have a microphone connected to their device (smart phone, laptop, desktop, etc.). If a citizen is unable to attend the meeting, he or she may e-mail Eyisha Malieitulua, Administrative Assistant at eyisham@sandy.utah.gov by 3:00 PM on May 7, 2026, to have those comments distributed to the Planning Commission.
Resolution #26-51C - LA CAILLE 2 ANNEXATION
Sandy City desires to annex a parcel of contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately 7.82 acres for properties located at 9561, 9563, and remainder of 9565 S. Wasatch Blvd. The area under consideration is being proposed to annex the property to the City with the R-1-40 and CC zones.
Resolution #26-52C - RUDELICH ANNEXATION
Sandy City desires to annex a parcel of contiguous unincorporated area, totaling approximately 0.35 acres for properties located at 9521 S. Ksel Drive. The area under consideration is being proposed to annex the property to the City with the R-1-10 zone.
