Notice is hereby given that Helper City will hold a Public Hearing during its May 7th, 2026, City Council Meeting. The City Council Meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will take place at the Helper City Council Chambers, 19 South Main St. Helper, UT 84526. Helper City is seeking to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Board for road improvements. The estimated cost of this project is $1,500,000. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application.
