Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that Helper City will hold a Public Hearing during its May 7th, 2026, City Council Meeting. The City Council Meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will take place at the Helper City Council Chambers, 19 South Main St. Helper, UT 84526. Helper City is seeking to apply for funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Board for road improvements. The estimated cost of this project is $1,500,000. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application. If you need special accommodations to participate in the above meeting, please contact Helper City Hall at (435) 472-5391 at least two (2) working days before the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
