- Administrative Hearing Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the Zoning Administrator on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Scooter's Coffee; 8980 South Redwood Road; Administrative Conditional Use Permit for restaurant, fast food limited; SC-2 Zone; Tanner Schumacher/Stand Fast Enterprises LLC (applicant) If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials. Alternatively, you may share your comments with the Planning Division prior to the meeting by calling (801) 569-5060 or by emailing wjplanning@westjordan.utah.gov
