SANDY CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Sandy, Utah, has adopted the following ordinances described below, on April 7, 2026: Ordinance 26-08: Sieverts Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.06 acres, for a home located at 9876 S. 2700 E., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-10: Clark Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately .54 acres, for a home located at 2875 E. 9460 S., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-13: Parrish Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.59 acres, for a home located at 2995 E. Mt. Jordan Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-14: LaCaille Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 10.63 acres, for property located at 9565 S. Wasatch Blvd., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-15: Hilton Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 2.54 acres, for a home located at 10424 s. Dimple Dell Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-16: Southwick Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 2.91 acres, for a home located at 10524 S Dimple Dell Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-17: TP Real Estate Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.63 acres, for a home located at 10209 S. Dimple Dell Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-18: Brown Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.08 acres, for a home located at 3149 E. 9800 S., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-19: Scrub Oak Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 3.81 acres, for a home located at 2998 E. Apple Hollow Cove, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-20: MSMR Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.09 acres, for a home located at 19682 S. Oakwood Lane, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-21: Jaandkin Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 2.45 acres, for a home located at 2627 E. 10000 S., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-23: S Miller Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.63 acres, for a home located at 10345 S. Altavilla Dr., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-27: Altavilla 2 Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 3.2 acres, for homes located at 10149 S. Altavilla Dr. and 10181 S. Altavilla Dr, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-28: Hidden Pine Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.25 acres, for homes located at 9516 S. Hidden Pine Land and 9525 S. Hidden Pine Lane, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-29: LCR 1 Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 2.93 acres, for homes located at 3249, 3251, and 3269 E. Little Cottonwood Road, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-32: Janke Flats Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 2.34 acres, for homes located at 3023, 3033, 3020 and 3030 E. Janke Flats Lane, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-33: Turning Point Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 5.62 acres, for homes located at 2955, 2945, 2961, 2977 and 3003 E. Turning Point Circle, in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-34: Finley Mini Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 1.99 acres, for homes located at 2030 and 2060 E. 10765 S., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation. Ordinance 26-35: Newman Annexation - An ordinance annexing parcels of a contiguous unincorporated area totaling approximately 3.34 acres, for homes located at 10713, 10715, 10745 and 10747 S. 2000 E., in Salt Lake County into the municipality of Sandy City; establishing zoning for the annexed property; also providing a severance and effective date for the annexation.
