General Announcements B. Administrative Action Items 1. Discussion and Possible Approval of an Agreement with Parkplace Residential, dba Arcilla Ridge, LLC, to Develop Parcel S-100-C as Workforce Housing, Including the Potential Transfer of Parcel S-100-C from the Town of Springdale to Parkplace Residential. Pursuant to Section 7-9-2 of the Town Code, the Town Council will Accept Public Comment Regarding the Proposed Disposal of Parcel S-100-C. Staff Contact: Thomas Dansie. 2.
