Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM: COUNCIL TRAINING Notice is hereby given that members of the Woodland Hills City Council will attend the ULCT Mid-Year Conference from April 22 to 24, 2026, in St. George, Utah. The event will be held at the Dixie Convention Center, 1835 S Convention Center Dr., St. George, UT 84790. This is an educational event, and a quorum of the council may be present. No city business will be discussed, deliberations will not occur, and no official actions, votes, or decisions regarding city matters will be made.
