- Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed PUD Overlay Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 28, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed application of PUD Overlay Zone (found in Chapter 1.33) to parcel 06-059-01105, located at the north end of 2650 West, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding this proposal, please contact ChrisDean Epling, Tremonton City Zoning Administrator, at 435-257-9348.
