- Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed Use of Overlay Public Hearing Notice The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 28, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed application of the Single-Family Residential Transition Overlay (found in Chapter 1.16.235) to parcels 05-060-0088 and 05-060-0089, located at 190 S 900 W, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. For questions regarding this proposal, please contact ChrisDean Epling, Tremonton City Zoning Administrator, at 435-257-9348.
