- MUTTON HOLLOW IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING AGENDA April 22, 2026 8:00 p.m. VIRTUAL BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING 1. CALL TO MEETING 2. IN ATTENDANCE 3. REVIEW OF 26 February 2026 MEETING MINUTES BUSINESS ITEMS: 1. BANK BALANCE AND PTIF INVESTMENT 2. UNPAID WATER BILLS 3. WATER USAGE REPORT TASK ASSIGNMENTS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS: 1. MARK REPORT ON PROGRESS OF TURNING PINEWOOD AREA CUSTOMERS OVER TO LAYTON. a. Mark to determine size of EdgeHill line. b. Mark to get with Layton City Engineer to determine feasibility of transferring Layton customers to Layton City. 2. MARK/JUSTIN REPORT ON STATUS OF LOAN a. JONES & ASSOCIATES i. Progress on Loan ii. Contacting Fire Marshall regarding size of main service line to Moss Hollow Estates. b. STATE OF UTAH 3. VALVE MAINTENANCE: Brett to report activity. 4. .UPPER RESERVOIR ACCESS: Tabled until meetings can be scheduled with Kaysville City. 5. YARD MAINTENANCE: Will continue in Spring. 6. DISCUSSION: REGARDING UPDATING RATES.: Item tabled and will be reviewed as information is received regarding actions of Jones & Associates. 7. RECURRING EVENTS: MARK a. Chlorine and E-coli testing b. Determine schedule for lead/copper testing. c. Get MHID chlorine tester checked by Weber Basin to make sure it is reading correctly.. d. Mark has two bids for cleaning both storage tanks and needs Board approval to go ahead. i. POTABLE DIVERS: $3,100 (They have cleaned the tanks in the past & Mark recommends them ii. MIDCO Diving & Marine Services: $4,276 8. PORTER/DAN: REPORT ON PROGRESS OF UPDATING FINANCIAL REPORTS. 9. STATE REPORTS: DAN report status. 10. DAN NEEDS TO COMPLETE PLANT OPERATOR'S TRAINING. . 11. NEW METER TECHNOLOGY: Mark has contacted Weber Basin regarding MHID being able to use their tower for meter communications. 12. OTHER BUSINESS : 13. TIME AND MILEAGE 14. MEETING ADJOURNED:
