Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of April 14, 2026, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 26-13 (04-14-26) Amending the Map of Fireworks Restrictions within the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah. - Ordinance 26-14 (04-14-26) Adopting the 2026 Water Conservation Plan. - Ordinance 26-16 (04-14-26) Adopting Amendments to Title 19 - Land Development Code, of the City of Saratoga Springs. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at 766-9793 at least two days prior to the meeting.
