Adjourn - Mike Whimpey 6. Tour of Water Reuse Facility Note: The Orem Water Reclamation Facility (OWRF) is best accessed by turning west from Geneva Road on 1000 South. It is on the south side of 1000 South and just east of Sleepy Ridge Golf Course and south of Springwater Park. We will meet in the conference room of the OWRF Administration Building, which is the first building adjacent to 1000 South.
